realize.

i hope today will be a day of realization. to realize that the cup is half full. that life is worth living. that not everyone needs a prince charming. most princesses don't realize that they spend their whole lives waiting for the one that can save them, when they end up missing out on life before their prince. you have got to live life as it comes. don't worry about yesterday or tomorrow just live today. prince charming will come for you. it may not be tomorrow or the next day, but just realize that it doesn't matter. life happens when it happens...

I find myself being cliche. i am the typical girl that just seems to never have anything go quite right. I want to kiss in the rain. i want to fall over in the snow. i want to take a long walk on the beach. I am the best friend in a non-existent relationship. i count the minutes until i'll see his face again... when really he doesn't even care... my life should be a book. it basically follows the game plan of a typical romance novel... it is the cliche love story... too bad this love story is only one way...

once upon a time.

Once upon a time... this is the way most fairytales start. it happened once sometime. magical moments sometimes seem like they only happen once upon a time. but if you think about it we are all living our own fairytales. every fairytale has it's ups and downs. sometimes more downs than ups. we all get stuck in ruts and it sucks. sometimes life just seems to be going in a downward spiral... but that is just once upon a time. your fairytale moments are happening wheter they be butterfly big or small things every day... once upon a time we need to fill the pages of our fairytales. live life out loud. don't take for granted the fairytale moments happening all around you... if you do they only happen once upon a time.

it is a winter wonderland. i love it. it may be cold, wet and annoying. but you can't deny that it is beautiful. it is a cold embrace sent from heaven to make a beautiful season. it is a reminder of what our creator can do. that everything he makes is beautiful. take in this holiday season, know that someone out there loves you. and will forever. dream of a white christmas. happy holidays
